• Kashgar Travel & Tour, as the licensed agency processing your booking  Or MHK enterprises, for administrative and customer support services

Example of Service Fees:

• Cancellation handling: $50 – $100 per ticket
• Change or reissue support: $30 – $75, depending on complexity

These fees are communicated clearly during the phone call before any action is taken.

6.3: Refund Timelines

Once a refund is approved by the airline and processed by Kashgar Travel & Tour, it typically takes:

• 7 to 10 business days for the amount to be returned to your original form of payment
• In some cases, timelines may be extended depending on the airline’s internal processing
   

6.4: Who Issues the Refund

All refunds are issued directly by Kashgar Travel & Tour.mhkreservations.com  do not handle or issue refunds directly, nor do we collect or store your payment information.
